Nicki Jae is a fiction author whose love for storytelling took root at the age of thirteen, when she first began writing poetry and short stories. Born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio, she later settled in Lexington, Kentucky, where she lives with her three children. Her personal interests—reading, writing, video gaming, and travel—continue to inspire both her creativity and her commitment to her craft. Her breakout Christian novel, Genevieve Lost, was released on March 15, 2019, and introduced readers to her thoughtful, faith‑centered approach to storytelling. Nicki describes her writing process as intuitive and character-driven. She often writes late at night or during breaks at work, allowing her characters to lead the direction of the story.
