Dr. Ray Alan Seamons obtained a liberal arts education including a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture and Environmental Engineering with a minor in Business Administration, a Masters in Instructional Technology, a Doctorate in Instructional Design and Supervision, and a Post-Doctorate in Manufacturing Technology/Supply Chain Management. After a 15-year career in academia where he was a professor of communications and instructional design as well as the Director of Distance Education Services, he worked in a variety of businesses from management of organization and human development to President/owner of an engineering company. Much of his experience and insight has come through self assessment and growth. His work has involved organization effectiveness through process improvement, team facilitation, relationship development, and leadership training. Dr. Seamons is the father of seven grown children and grandfather of nine.
