Nick was born in Reading in 1969 and spent much of his formative years in Birmingham. Varied day jobs included truck and van driving, helping run a scaffolding yard, stocktaking and industrial cleaning. His first book, RESURGENCE, was first published in 2003 and was followed in 2006 by a sequel called OPERATION ASTUTE. Since that one, Nick has travelled extensively to many countries, had many thrill-packed experiences, gaining lots of inspiration for future projects. Loves many genres of music but his favourite band is The Fall. Nick has also done volunteer work at Tredegar House, scripting and acting in plays on event weekends at this historical site. In fact, he can sometimes be seen on stage at his local theatres too involved in various amateur dramatic societies in shows as diverse as JEKYLL AND HYDE, CHESS and SUNSET BOULEVARD. He is married and lives in Coedkernew, Wales.
