Paulette Packard Johnson was born into an old New England family, and raised on Cape Cod. She attended Dennis-Yarmouth Regional High School in South Yarmouth, MA. She also attended the Cape Cod Conservatory of Music in Barnstable, MA, and she received a Certificate of Completion in Theatre Arts from the Cape Playhouse School of Theatre. A mother of three, she has been married to Fred Johnson since 1972. She and her family currently live in Middle Tennessee.
