The 6" x 9" perfect bound ISBN# book "Down In It" was originally released as the 5.5" x 8.5" perfect bound March 2011 issue (v092) of "Down in the Dirt" magazine, published by Scars Publications. Writers and artists included in this issue are Fritz Hamilton, John Ragusa, Frank De Canio, Mike Berger, Ph.D., Bela Feketekuty, Robert James Russell, Ronald Brunsky, Mel Waldman, Norm Hendricks, Bogdan Tiganov, Ben Macnair, Jennifer Geist, Andy Heath, Heather Burke, John Sheirer, Edward Wells II, T.G. Schoenberg, Tanuj Solanki, Emma Eden Ramos, K.R. Helms, Paul Galarraga, Chris Dietzel, and Charlie Wirth. The cover art (photographed by editor Janet Kuypers) is of Bourbon Street in New Orleans, photographed Halloween weekend 2010 and used in this March 2011 release because Mardi Gras is usually in March of a given calendar year.
