The book describes examples of how we are able to create shifts in our lives and renew our physical body through the awareness of our consciousness. Ada has an ability to bring people into altered states of consciousness, and through those journeys people have rediscovered their gifts as latent memories in their bodies. Many of those multidimensional journeys are related to Atlantis, and the experiences of people unlocking their unique channeling abilities by reliving memories there, describe how that time is related to what we are going through on earth at this current time. This book shows tangible examples of how we are related to the earth as consciousnesses - a memory imbedded in our souls. It is a reality that we lived in during Atlantis, and we are collectively starting to remember and reactivate that again.
