Manicured Memories

Addie Danielson Linehan was born in Frederic, Wisconsin, the daughter of Swedish immigrants. She writes of her life growing up on a farm in Northern Wisconsin, surviving the Great Depression, leaving home and starting a beauty salon business with her older sister in River Falls, Wisconsin, the World War II years, meeting her husband, Harry and raising their children.
