SPIRALLING ADVERSARIES

In the dazzling blue waters of the Mediterranean paradise, the island of Cyprus, close to its coast lays Adelphi Isle. Tourists dare not visit this palm-fringed exotic place, as all uninvited visitors are discouraged and chased away at gunpoint, for Adelphi Isle is the headquarters of a ruthless narcotics syndicate. When ex-marine Spyro Cava innocently crosses the syndicate’s path, he does not heed their warnings but is determined to penetrate the isle’s defences. It is an act of courage in the face of overwhelming odds. Unwittingly Spyro and his companions are now part of the gripping thriller set in the very real world of international crime. Spyro’s outrage and curiosity regarding the fate of the Venus brings him into direct conflict with the local constabulary and even more powerful adversaries, the denizens of the nearby Turkish authorities of the old port of Othello, Famagusta, and the international cartel of the Colombian Narcotraficantes.
