Crib Notes is the personal narrative of Jonathan Evan Taylor, a man who was aware that he was not who he should be from the day he was born. His baby blanket was blue; it should have been pink. Not only that, but everything that gave him comfort as a child was taken away-his diapers, his baby bottle, and his crib. From the time he was a toddler, Jonathan studied girls; not as potential mates, but as someone he wished to become.
