Lost in Rhyme

Lost in Rhyme, not only the title of this book but very possibly a situation that a lot of poets may find themselves in. Indeed, there were times when writing this book that I was stricken by mind blocks and periods where words would not appear in my head never mind on the page. We all just eventually have to wait until inspiration strikes and the words and verses start flowing again and we are no longer Lost in Rhyme. The journey of a poet is often paved with such ebbs and flows, a testament to the delicate dance between inspiration and expression. Yet, it is within these very moments of struggle and silence that the heart of poetry truly resides. When the mind is quiet and the pen motionless, we are reminded of the profound patience and persistence that poetry demands.
