He opened his eyes

"He opened his eyes..." is a unique artists' collaborative book created by members of Freelance, an association of freelance illustrators, artists and designers based in Ipswich, in the UK. Seventeen participants have contributed textual and visual content (painting, collage, drawing, illustration, digital imagery) based on a narrative arc which was provided by one of the members, writer Erica Wildwood. Contributions are typically eclectic given the wide variety of creative skills available. The result is a beautifully produced full colour art 'comic-book'.
