To a great extent older men (especially white ones) still rule America, but a sea change is underway. In politics, business, and in life these men are faced with diminishing influence. How they react to these changes will determine the progress of society and the quality of their own lives. With the serious problems America faces, we can no longer float on the choppy waves of patriarchy and privilege. Generations of Americans also need to get past blaming each other and must work together, regardless of our differences. This is an “all hands on deck” moment on a floundering ship!
