I was a busy Internist until illness interrupted my medical career and active physical life several years ago. Since then, I have turned to poetry in earnest as a way of sharing my quirky perceptions and connecting to the world. Some of these poems are based on fantasies and dreams, others political views, but most are simple observations; perhaps things I didn't have the time to notice before, let alone write about.
