I first created the Pole Vault Logbook for myself during my final year as a college athlete in 2015. I ritually wrote down everything regarding my vault in messy journals. Wanting more structure, I created a custom journal to track my goals, every detail of my vault, and reflect on my training and performance. After college, I started coaching, and I continue to journal about my athletes' progress. In 2020, I refined the original journal and started selling the Pole Vault Logbook to share with vaulters everywhere. After years of using the Logbook as a coach, I created the Coaches' Box to better equip coaches—making it easier to capture all the data of all your athletes throughout training and competition.
