Part One finds the Agency leader Clay Donohue and his partner Judith Judd fighting against the corrupt authorities in The Philippines. Murder and mayhem follow the two agency leaders. Part Two describes the way the Polish Agent Pola Chalupiec is groomed to prostitution and finally uses her charms to wrestle secret files from the KGB in the USA. Lucinda Merry is introduced into the Agency in Part Three when she is tasked to track down Intellectual Property thieves, she is successful but not before she is forced to kill her assailant in the hostility of a dark abandoned factory. The three parts string together the second novel in the trilogy called The Ultimate Paradox
