Ervin Lee Biglow Jr. Aka Ervin Waters was born in 1978 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. I graduated from Millwood High School in 1996. I earned my BA degree in Organizational mgmt. from Langston University in 2014. I am a man of God that posseses the ability to convey my feelings and thoughts with words well.
