What Lies Beyond

In the wake of disaster is the place once called North America. A place once plagued by misuse and gluttony. The Wasteland. Parched ground, revolting air, and a raging climate: the land of the Deplorables. Peppering the brutal Wasteland are the blissful oases the Desirables call home; the EcoBubbles. For some, life is perfect. For others, hunger, thirst, and disease are old friends. The system hasn’t been questioned in nearly 500 years, but when four seventeen-year-olds find themselves in trouble, their lives turn upside-down.
