A lifelong writer, she has been putting words on paper since childhood, long before she understood why she needed to. Outside the page, she trains in MMA and holds a blue belt in Krav Maga disciplines that mirror the same themes found in her work: discipline, resilience, and learning to stand back up. Her writing blends emotional truth with lived experience, offering readers space to reflect, breathe, and recognize parts of themselves they've long tried to quiet.
