While the Third Revolution wages on, and America tears itself apart, the great powers of the world begin jockeying for position, scenting opportunity...and with both sides weakening, it's just a matter of time. The desperate Confederates are forced to roll the dice of destiny one final time, in an all or nothing gamble that brings the entire world to the brink of a nuclear war that no one can truly win.
