Harley and Teddy were both puppy mill survivors, spending a combined 17 years in cages producing pet store puppies before they were both rescued and found loving homes. They were the best of friends, the tiniest of superheroes and they worked together for years to rescue dogs and raise awareness about this cruel industry. With Harley's passing in 2016 and Teddy's passing in 2019, their legacy continues with the nonprofit organization, Harley's Dream. Their lives have inspired thousands of supporters to effect change in the puppy mill industry. Their voices continue to be heard ... the Little Dogs with a Big Dream.
