When God makes an uncharacteristic typographical error and accidentally has breakfast with Cormack McFadden, their unexpected meeting attracts the attention of an alien Emperor. Cormack is kidnapped but escapes to Foul Ball, the most disgusting planet in the Universe. There, he meets the legendary Shamanic Throat and undergoes the Three Ordeals that will decide whether he is the rightful heir to the Imperial Throne, or just another ginger haired chancer from Rochdale.
