Children & computers: Enhancing your child’s learning at home

This publication is aimed at parents who have an active interest in their children’s learning and wish to support this at home. In a world within which IT plays an increasingly important role this publication looks at the theory which supports the use of computers within education (Part 1), offers parents an insight into the use of computers within schools and suggests how they might best support their children’s learning using their home computer (Part 2). It also includes simple tutorials to help parents and children make use of computer software including MS Office (Part 3).
