Matsue Castle

Matsue Castle is one of only dozen survived samurai castles in Japan. It was built in 1611 and remained its main keep intact until our days. In 2015 the castle was designated National Treasure of Japan, thus became the fifth castle with such status. In this book one can find the history of the castle creation and would be able to learn about its distinctive architecture. The book is rich illustrated by photos mainly shot by the author.
