Matsumoto Castle

Nicknamed "Crow Castle", Matsumoto resembles black bird ready to fly. It is one of the most beautiful castles in Japan and one of only twelve castle with extant main keep. In 1952 it was designated National Treasure of Japan. Now there are only five castles with such high status.
