Who Murdered Jill Dando and Why?

Jill Dando was a TV personality who presented tourist type programs on television and yet she was murdered in a commando style manner on her doorstep on a random visit to her house in South London - quite intrigueing. Did a charity show seal her fate amongst terroists? A "patsy" British guy who was unemployed and a person who could not hold down a job was set up by Police and sent to jail. Thank God he was set free at an appeal trial 6 years later. No Police went to jail or were fired for incompetence.
