Modern Diets don't work!

I am fed up with all the fad diets that appear year in year out that doesn't help you keep the fat off for good, and often ruin your chances of future fat loss! Guess what else bothers me! The diet pills that are sold in huge quantities is the answer; many have adverse side effects as well. If there really was a magic pill to effectively lose fat and keep it off why do you think there is a growing obesity problem in both America and in the UK.
