The Sebastian Campaign was a government project started in 1979 to encourage trade with the Middle East. It evolved into something more sinister. And anyone that was involved is a danger to national security. Arthur Garten was involved, but he doesn't know it anymore. The military is erasing his memory, and destroying his life.
