John Lightfoot's 1642 publication "A Few, and New Observations upon the Book of Genesis. The most of them certain, the rest probable, all harmless, strange, and rarely heard of before." Dr. Lightfoot, a contemporary of Bishop Ussher and a great Bible scholar of the 17th century shares his opinions on the book of Genesis. Originally published in London in 1642 Dr. Lightfoot provides commentery on Genesis in a stream of thought fashion. This is a modern english update of the original version.
