Kevin is an ex-Air Force Officer. He served in Operation Desert Shield and Storm. He has earned 17 promotions during his professional career, highlighted by several top award distinctions. Kevin received a Master in Business Administration from Columbia University. He earned a Masters in Public Administration from Troy State University. He also earned a Biology Degree from Valdosta State College.
