Colonel Stern had long suspected that the nuclear detonation under Lake Nasser, which had ultimately destroyed Egypt, also bestowed other benefits on the Jewish State. A fault line had fractured and the vast, empty caverns under Jordan were now filled with Saudi crude oil. Israel was now in the oil business. Calling on the vast assets of her world-wide drug empire, the Colonel provided the seed money to fund the startup of “Israeli Petroleum Ltd” Within eighteen months a huge petroleum complex had sprung up in Israel and throughout Jordan, designed to siphon off Saudi crude oil and resell it at greatly reduced prices. Lake Nasser was now the worlds largest mud puddle. Egypt was now little more than an Israeli satrap and Sarah, with her aide and bumbling Sire, Ben Hunter, was about to bring OPEC to it’s collective knees.
