Something Old, Something New

Lillie and Abe Meth discovered that love and faith can conquer evil. They met at a costume ball in Budapest, Hungary, in 1935 and married in 1939. By 1943, friends and family had begun disappearing. They had a son. First Abe was taken away, then Lilli. She had to leave her son. This is the story of their return, recovered their son and, just as the Iron Curtain was about to dropping, immigrated to a new life.
