There are already problems brewing for the newly married pair of James and Iris; you didn't know they were married, remember it is a horror fantasy, and it has only been a nightmare for Iris! When did this happen? James Knight and Lady Chamberlain or should I be referring to her as Mrs. Knight instead? The word is it is not the happiest union, how happy could she possibly be when she is still suffering from nightmares about murdering Laurence, and now they have reached beyond that now she fears she's being buried alive and it is James who has taken over as her tormentor!
