Melissa White Presents "The Intuitive Development Class Companion Journal" After years of teaching intuitive development circles, mentorship classes and spirit circles ~ I realized how valuable it would be for students to have a special journal to use rather than random scraps of paper and notebooks. This journal is designed specifically for students who are attending classes and mentorship regularly. I've created space for a pre-class check-in to notice how you're feeling, a place for notes on your meditative or sitting in the power experience, any symbols or validations you might receive, room for your questions, in-class reflections and even a spot to write down any homework you have for next time. This will keep you up to date and on track with your development. As an added bonus, I've included a little prayer you can use to focus your intention as well as a closing affirmation after each class. The energy of this journal is quite beautiful, and it's filled with love from my heart and from Spirit.
