Nine Days to Healing

Spiritual Travel Writer makes a nine day pilgrimage to Mexico City. He heals from the unbearable grief of watching his mother die of cancer. He meets Julio with the Slippery Shoes at a bar and he turns out to be a native of Tepeyac where the miraclous tilma of Guadalupe is displayed in a tent shapped basiclia with seven doors to represent the New Jerusalem.
