This is a series unequaled in talent – Kinstler, Colan, Toth, Baker, Krigstein, Tuska, and other greats of the comic world contributed to this masterwork series (1953-1954). It spanned two publishers over those years, and the quality remained unmatched – the horror genuine, the thrills severe. It is a shame that a collection cannot have 7 covers, because this one would use them all without exception! The originals would cost hundreds....maybe thousands...but Gwandanaland / Midcentury Comics brings you the complete NIGHTMARE for a fraction of the cost – but will all the flavor of the originals, not a digitally-remastered anemic facsimile.
