A Nuclear Alternative

The world is at the brink of war. The two remaining super powers, The Russian Federation and the United States of America face each other in a deadly confrontation which could destroy the world as we know it. Russia is entering a state of civil war to overthrow the existing democratic government and return to the dictatorial system of Communist oppression. A most devastating biological weapon has been developed by the Russian conspirators, which is to take the place of atomic weaponry, and would wipe out whole populations if applied.
