Collectively, these documents outline the roles and responsibilities of three primary participants engaged in a building project. The purpose of this course is to not only clarify the responsibilities of owners, architects and contractors in their respective job roles but also to clarify what is expected of them by other team members. By setting clear and accurate expectations, we can greatly minimize any misunderstandings, dissatisfaction, or disagreements that arise during a project.
