This is a great cookbook, lots of beautiful photos and easy to follow recipes. It has been collected during Peter`s time working at the Australian Ambassadors residence in Brussels Belgium. He hopes you enjoy this book and the recipes within. It is also Peter`s aim to raise awareness and funds for Down syndrome. In particular Downsed international and DownsedUSA. The people running these wonderful centers are 100% dedicated in researching new and better ways to educate and improve their quality of living. The Sue Buckley project is raising funds to research in education and development and this book I hope will raise funds and awareness towards this great project.
