SALP Pavilion

The SALP Pavilion is a Bird and Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre located in the Gulf of Mexico. The program for the Centre is the examination, washing and recovery of the birds and wildlife oiled by the BP Oil Spill. The Centre also provides ecotourism and visitors can view the cleaning processes aswell as learning about the effects that human activity can have on the planet. The Centre showcases biomimetic principles and sustainable technologies.
