Caught in the Web

At the heart of the novel is a passionate love affair between two people who have both been damaged and bruised by life. Ambrosia has been abused and bullied and pursued by her elder sister and her marriage has failed. Carlos was the victim of a young woman who saw marrying him as a career move and who, when he had served his purpose, dropped him. They met on the internet and took a holiday touring France, where they fell deeply and permanently in love. But that was not the end of Ambrosia’s troubles – jealousy and hate would not leave her alone and the footsteps which had been stalking her all her life, finally closed in. They lead to madness and murder.
