ISK Flavors 2008

We have collected recipes from the families and teachers at the International School of Krakow for this very special cookbook. The ISK community is a diverse collection of people from 27 different countries. We have bonded to care for and support not only the school and its students, but all the families involved with ISK. And this book is one more symbol of that strong bond. We hope this cookbook will not only reflect the international flavor of our school but evoke a feeling of warmth every time you use it. If you find yourself smiling at the faces inside, laughing while you experiment with one of these recipes, or enjoying the results of your efforts with friends and family, then we have truly captured the flavor of ISK.
