One Dark Window follows Elspeth Spindle who lives in the mist shrouded kingdom of Blunder where magic is feared and those infected by it are hunted. After a mysterious spirit called the Nightmare becomes trapped inside her mind Elspeth spends years hiding her dangerous secret.
