Godfrey Gordon Gustavus Gore never would shut the door—and chaos blew in right behind him! Wind and snow sweep the family home. For Godfrey, this is a new opportunity for play! For his parents, something must be done! This classic 19th-century poem by William Brighty Rands is full of humor, rhythm, and charm. With playful pictures and words that roll off the tongue, it’s a perfect read for children who sometimes struggle to listen the first time.
