Ozhivil Odukkam is an important Tamil text on Advaita, hitherto unpublished in translation. It contains the Tamil text, English translation, phrase by phrase breakdown of the Tamil text and extensive notes. It was written in the 14th, or possibly 17th, century CE, and speaks from the viewpoint of Saiva Siddhanta. It was much admired and quoted by Sri Ramana Maharshi.
