Pour Aline

“Pour Aline” is a chamber piece written for recorders, violin and classical guitar. Both the classical guitar and the entire recorder family are lack of an extensive chamber repertoire. This piece is one more option for these instruments. Concerning the form, “Pour Aline” presents a theme A, a small development section B, a recap and a coda. Concerning the harmony the piece is modal. Harmonic functions in it are not very strong which brings a nice air of distance. Both E minor and G major are the most important harmonic poles.
