This is a book of poetry that honestly reflects all the pieces of me and my life as I have walked this road of recovery concerning my mental illness. It goes deep into my depression and truamatic past tinged with the hope of healing, of friendship, and of love that I have encountered. As dark as a day can be, there is always another dawn.
