Sam (not Samantha, yeesh) is fatherless. Well, not if she has anything to do with it. Her dad was suddenly gone when she was eight and she's grown up. Now, she's eighteen and she found him. He lives in New York. With the help of her best friend, Ryan, she gets there (from California) to see him. She will have to make some tough choices but will it all turn out ok?
