Wolfhound is a saga of corporate greed, of corporate takeovers and downsizing, of American economic crisis, of reductions-in-force and layoffs in employment, of the loss of healthcare benefits, and - ultimately the loss of life.
It’s the story of Emma and Jonathan Forrester. Emma Forrester fighting inoperable cancer - dies, perhaps prematurely, due to Jonathan’s position of employment being eliminated – and with it, healthcare benefits; his pension unfunded. Ultimately, escalating healthcare costs for Emma force the Foresters into virtual bankruptcy – they loose their home, they loose their savings. Tragically, Emma dies and Jonathan seeks justice and revenge – against Arthur Worrenson; the CEO of AZW – Jonathan’s former employer. Jonathan Forester engages the services of two quite different individuals - one an ex-Marine, one an ex-Thief - to assist him in his plan of retribution.
Wolfhound is also a story of Irish Lore, and Irish Legends, and, of course – the Irish Wolfhound.
