What a coincidence that Taka Matsuura, the famed Japanese cattle baron, recently moved his business there. A once thought dead ex-con with an expertise in Mad Cow disease and anthrax suddenly reappears in Waikoloa. Jotty, Jim, and Haruko become entangled in this almost unbearable suspense.
