Can Faith Function Without Patience? The Biblical Answer!

Many Christians would gladly accept a divine gift of faith, but when it comes to patience, it’s a different matter. I’ve heard some Christians say “Don’t ask God for patience.” As if a big trial or tribulation would occur in which patients need to be put into action. However, I don’t believe they fully understand what that actually means. I don’t want to confuse anyone with this question so let me clarify.
